You're not a plain jane, You're a CLASSIC!

I love, love, love learning about tea and talking about tea! As I meet more tea people and discuss tea with customers, I continue to learn more about tea blends too!

I will gladly tell you that I am a black tea girl! I like my tea to taste like tea, a nice backdrop of black tea with whatever addition my mood may crave. It might be a bit of fruit, perhaps orange, lemon or even cranberry. I could also be having one of those chocoholic cravings that hits me often, and I don't mind adding that to the tea either.

If you are shaking your head while reading this, you may be thinking that you are just a plain jane! You just want your cup of hot tea, and being fancy means you might add a bit of milk. Have no fear, I understand, but I don't ever want you to think that this makes you plain! I think this means you're a Classic!

A classic tea is just that! A tea that has been around for a while, something that just withstands the march of time and doesn't need to be fiddled with. Take that Earl Grey tea for instance. You just cannot improve on that classic! Or how about a nice cup of Darjeeling! I think of it as the pearl necklace of teas. A go-to tea, that tastes great at any event, even when you're calling for take-out.

Which tea do you consider a Classic?
