Q. A webpage or checkout page for shopping is not displaying properly, what can I do?A. Please note that our website uses modern and advanced applications and functions that sometimes do not display perfectly in certain browsers or perhaps outdated browsers.
Every time a browser comes out with an update or new version, it is sometimes incompatible with your own current version of Windows or other programs. This is a common problem that web designers are constantly battling to keep up with. And if your own software or computer is not up to date, therein lies the problem.
Our website works and displays best using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser. It is a free download (see instructions below).
PAGES NOT DISPLAYING PROPERLY? If you are using Internet Explorer or another browser and are having difficulty viewing some pages OR if the shopping cart is not displaying properly and you cannot proceed to final checkout - try this:
In the browser you will see a little icon like a split piece of paper (compatibility view), click that - it puts you into a compatible mode for better viewing.
Depending on your version of the browser, if you do not see the compatibility split piece of paper icon in the browser address bar, then you will need to right click on the Internet Explorer Icon, right click on Internet Explorer, then choose Properties, and Compatibility, and change the setting there.

Go to https://www.google.com/chrome to download the Google Chrome Browser. Once downloaded, you will click the red/yellow/green/blue icon which represents Google Chrome to browse the internet.
HOW TO CHANGE BROWSER TO FIREFOX:
Go to http://www.mozilla.org and click to download Mozilla Firefox for free.
Once you have Firefox on your computer, you will click the icon that looks like a fox wrapped around a globe. You click that to go on the internet instead of clicking the internet explorer icon.
